Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 48h of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• For hygiene reasons, used or damaged items cannot be returned.

• Extra 70 LE will be added on the shipping fees in case of return or exchange.

Return Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram within 48h of delivery.

2. Share your order number and reason for return.

3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via Instapay. For prepaid orders, refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for size or color only, subject to availability.

• Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees.
